神经内镜与导航结合对颅内深部胶质瘤手术的临床疗效分析

【摘要】 目的研究分析神经内镜与导航结合对颅内深部胶质瘤手术的临床疗效。方法方便选取2016年6月—2017年6月期间该院收治的84例神经胶质瘤患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组患者42例。观察组:应用神经内镜与导航结合治疗;对照组:采用常规手术方式治疗。统计手术时间、术后并发症、肿瘤切除程度以及手术3个月之后的GOS评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者手术时间(91.2±7.2)min显著低于常规组(159.2±9.6)min(t=36.724,P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(7.14%)显著低于常规组(23.81%)(χ2=4.459,P<0.05);观察组患者3个月后的神经恢复情况(92.86%)明显优于常规组(66.67%)(χ2=8.924,P<0.05)。结论神经内镜与导航结合对颅内深部胶质瘤手术的临床疗效显著,并且可以有效降低手术时间与并发症发生率,提高患者预后效果,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To research and analyze the clinical curative effect of neuroendoscopy combined with navigation in treatment of intracranial deep glioma surgery. Methods 84 cases of patients with glioma admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the observation group were treated with neuroendoscopy combined with navigation, while the control group used the routine surgery, and the operation time, postoperative complications and tumor incision degree and GOS scores in three months after surgery were counted. Results After treatment, the operation time in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the routine group,[(91.2±7.2) min vs(159.2±9.6) min](t=36.724, P<0.05), and the incidence rate of complications after surgery in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the routine group(7.14% vs 23.81%)(χ2=4.459, P<0.05),and the nerve recovery in three months after surgery in the observation group was obviously better than that in the routine group,(92.86%vs 66.67%)(χ2=8.924, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of neuroendoscopy combined with navigation in treatment of intracranial deep glioma surgery is obvious, which can effectively reduce the operation time and incidence rate of complications and improve the prognosis effect of patients, and it is worth clinical promotion.
