【摘要】 目的研究小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年8月—2016年12月期间所收治的76例硬核白内障患者作为该次研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组38例,研究组患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术,对照组患者行常规治疗方式,对比分析两组患者的视力恢复情况与角膜散光情况以及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者视力恢复36例,恢复率为94.74%,对照组患者视力恢复27例,恢复率为71.05%,手术3个月后,研究组患者的散光度数为(0.97±0.10),对照组患者的散光度数为(1.57±0.23),差异有统计学意义(t=14.747 4,P<0.05);研究1例手术中晶状体后囊破裂,3例手术后角膜水肿,并发症发生率为10.53%,对照组3例手术中晶状体后囊破裂,9例手术后角膜水肿,并发症发生率为31.58%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.066 7,P<0.05)。结论硬核白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的效果显著,能够有效提升患者的视力,改善患者的角膜散光程度,值得临床进一步应用探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the clinical value of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract in treatment of hard nucleus cataract. Methods 76 cases of patients with hard nucleus cataract admitted and treated in our hospital from August2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 38 cases in each according to different treatment methods, the research group were treated with small incision non phacoemulsification cataract, and the control group used the routine treatment method, and the vision recovery, corneal astigmatism and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery rate in the research group and in the control group was respectively 94.74%(36 cases) and 71.05%(27 cases), after three months, the difference in the astigmatism degree between the research group and the control group was obvious [(0.97±0.10) vs(1.57±0.23)],(t=14.747 4,P<0.05) and the incidence rate of complications such as rupture of posterior capsule of lens and corneal edema between the two groups was statistically significant [(10.53% vs 31.58%),(1 case, 3 cases vs 3 cases, 9 cases)],and the difference between groups was statistically significant(χ2=5.066 7,P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract in treatment of hard nucleus cataract is obvious, which can effectively improve the vision of patients and improve the corneal astigmatism degree of patients, and it is worth further application and exploration in clinic.更多还原
