【摘要】 目的对比腹股沟疝患者分别采用腹腔镜手术以及开放式无张力修补术治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年6月—2017年10月收治的96例腹股沟疝患者,采用随机双色球分组法分为实验组(48例,采用腹腔镜疝修补术)和对照组(48例,采用无张力疝修补术治疗),对比两组患者治疗效果、疼痛持续时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率等情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率(97.9%)显著高于对照组(87.5%)(χ~2=5.231,P<0.05),实验组疼痛持续时间(2.3±0.2)d、卧床时间(12.4±3.1)h、住院时间(5.3±0.3)d显著短于对照组(t=4.63,5.73,6.42,P<0.05),实验组手术费用(7548.8±560.9)元显著多于对照组(t=10.53,P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率(8.3%)明显低于对照组(27.1%)(χ~2=4.011,P<0.05)。结论腹股沟疝患者分别采用腹腔镜疝修补术治疗的效果更优于开放式无张力修补术,并发症发生率更低,疼痛持续时间更短,缩短患者住院时间,但住院费用更高,患者可根据实际情况选择合理的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscope and open tension-free hernia repair in treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods 96 cases of patients with inguinal hernia admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the experimental group and the control group were respectively treated with laparoscope and open tension-free hernia repair, and the treatment effect, duration of pains, length of stay and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(97.9% vs 87.5%)(χ~2=5.231,P<0.05), and the duration of pains, bedding time, length of stay in the experimental group were respectively(2.3 ±0.2)d,(12.4±3.1)h and(5.3±0.3)d, which were obviously shorter than those in the control group(t=4.63,5.733,6.42,P<0.05), and the operation cost in the experimental group was(7 548.8 ±560.9)yuan, which was obviously more than that in the control group(t=10.53,P<0.05), and the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group,(8.3% vs 27.1%)(χ~2=4.011,P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of laparoscope is better than that of open tension-free hernia repair, with lower incidence rate of complications and shorter duration of pains, which can shorten the length of stay, but the hospitalization cost is higher, and the patients can select the operation way according to the practical situation.更多还原
