观察罗格列酮对糖尿病大鼠内耳组织VEGF及ICAM-1表达的影响
Observation of the Effect of Rosiglitazone on the Expression of VEGF and ICAM-1 in the Inner Ear of Diabetic Rats
【摘要】 目的就罗格利酮针对糖尿病大鼠内耳组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及细胞间粘附分子—1(ICAM-1)水平的影响情况加以分析。方法该次研究共计纳入糖尿病大鼠50只(按照相同方式进行动物模型建立),由该院在2016年2月—2017年6月自行培养,任意选取组内25只大鼠,给予罗格列酮处理,即观察组。余下25只大鼠则未采取其他药物处理。采集两组大鼠内耳组织样本,针对其VEGF以及ICAM-1水平比较。结果在未处理前,两组大鼠在VEGF以及ICAM-1水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在使用罗格列酮处理后,观察组大鼠VEGF水平为(4.52±1.02)μg/L,对照组为(7.43±1.32)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=12.937,P=0.000);在ICAM-1水平上,观察组为(1.34±0.24)μg/L,对照组则为(2.56±0.31)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.927,P=0.000)。结论罗格列酮可有效针对糖尿病大鼠体内VEGF以及ICAM水平进行控制,进而达到对糖尿病所导致内耳微血管病变治疗的效果。
【Abstract】 Objective The effects of rosiglitazone on the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in the inner ear tissues of diabetic rats were analyzed.Methods A total of 50 diabetic rats(according to the same animal model) were set up in this study from February 2016 to June 2017,and 25 rats were selected and treated with rosiglitazone as the observation group.The remaining 25 rats were not treated with other drugs.Samples of the inner ear tissue of two groups of rats were collected and compared to their VEGF and ICAM-1 levels.Results In the untreated group,two rats in the VEGF and ICAM-1 level had no significant differences(P>0.05);and in the use of rosiglitazone treatment,the level of VEGF group rats(4.52±1.02)μg/L,the control group(7.43±1.32)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.937,P=0.000).In ICAM-1 on the level of the observation group was(1.34 ±0.24)μg/L,the control group was(2.56 ±0.31)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t =9.927,P =0.000).Conclusion Rosiglitazone can effectively control the level of VEGF and ICAM in diabetic rats,so as to achieve the effect of diabetic microangiopathy.
