春秋两季蒲公英中的黄酮提取及含量比较

【摘要】 以乙醇为提取液,春秋两季的蒲公英叶片为原料提取黄酮。固定超声波功率为180W。分别研究超声时间、超声温度、乙醇浓度对黄酮提取的影响。通过单因素实验获得最佳的提取条件,并比较春秋两季蒲公英叶片中的黄酮含量。实验表明:在超声时间20min、超声温度60℃、乙醇浓度70%、超声波功率180W的条件下,黄酮的提取率最高。春季蒲公英叶片中的黄酮含量比秋季高20.8%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,ethanol was used as an extract to extract flavonoids from the leaves of spring and autumn dandelion.The effects of extraction time,extraction temperature and ethanol concentration on the extraction of flavonoids were studied under the conditions of 180 W fixed ultrasonic power.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by single factor experiments.The flavonoids contents in dandelion from spring to autumn were compared.The results showed that the extraction rate of flavonoids was the highest under the conditions of ultrasonic time of 20 min,extraction temperature of 60℃,ethanol concentration of 70%and ultrasonic power of 180 W.The content of flavonoids in dandelion was higher than that in autumn by 12.2%.
