【摘要】 湖州市坚持以习近平总书记"两山"重要理念和标准化思想为指引,以标准为形式总结、固化新时代乡村治理的"余村经验",探索制定并实施了全国首个《美丽乡村民主法治建设规范》。文章在全面回顾总结美丽乡村民主法治标准化建设试点所取得经验的基础上,分析总结推广试点经验、充分说明农村社会治理标准化建设"湖州样本"的重要意义,着重研究提出全面构建农村社会治理标准化体系、促进乡村社会治理现代化的对策措施及政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adhering to the important concept and standardization thought of General Secretary Xi Jinping as the guideline,Huzhou sums up and solidifies the"Yu Village Experience"of rural governance in the new era in the form of standard,and it explores and implements the first"Regulation of Beautiful Countryside’s Construction of Democracy and Rule of Law".On the basis of comprehensively reviewing and accumulating the experience gained in the pilot project of standardization of rural democracy and rule of law,the paper analyzes and summarizes the experience of piloting,and then it actively explores the significance of the"Huzhou sample"of rural social governance standardization construction and focuses on the comprehensive construction of rural social governance standardization system.Countermeasures and policy recommendations to promote the modernization of rural social governance.更多还原
