惠州鲜梅菜新品种惠农选1号鲜梅菜的选育

【摘要】 惠农选1号鲜梅菜是惠州市农业科学研究所从惠州当地农家鲜梅菜品种"大三联"通过惠州地基实验室模拟太空环境将种子进行模拟微动效应处理后(失重处理)大田群体变异株中系统选育而成. 2010~2011年冬经广州市农科院和惠州市农科所在广州、惠州及惠城区矮陂土桥村等3个点进行品种比较试验,二年试验平均每667㎡产量5663.9㎏,比对照种白茎仔(当地主栽农家品种)增产776.7㎏,增产15.89%,增产达极显著水平.经二年二造3点比较试验,表现遗传性状稳定,产量高,品质优等特点,2013年12月通过了由广东省种子管理总站组织的品种现场鉴定,于2014年6月通过了广东省农作物品种审定委员会的审定,审定编号为粤审菜2014029.

【Abstract】 The No.1 HuiNongXuan Fresh Meicai was bred by the Institute of Agricultural Sciences and Research in Huizhou(hereinafter IASRH for short).Based on the local MeiCai variety"DaSanLian"in Huizhou City,the seeds of the No.1 HuiNongXuan Fresh Meicai were chosen through simulating oligodynamic effect processing(weightlessness processing)in Huizhou local laboratory,and systematically bred from the field-planting-group variants.In the winter of 2010 and 2011,Guangzhou Academy of Agriculture Sciences and IASRH conducted the comparative tests in 3 different sites in Guangzhou,Huizhou and Aipi Tuqiao Village in Huicheng District.The average productivity reached 5663.9 kg per 667 ㎡ in these two years.It was 776.7 kg higher than BaiJingZi(the major farm variety in local),which increased by 15.89%.The yield-increasing effect was significant.Moreover,the comparative tests revealed that the No.1 HuiNongXuan Fresh Meicai was with the features of stable hereditary character,high yield and high quality.In December 2013,it passed the field variety identification organized by General Station of Seeds Administration in Guangdong Province.In June 2014,it passed the variety certification organized by Guangdong Crop Cultivar Registration Committee.The approved number was YueShenCai 2014029.
