【摘要】 探讨小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sd LDL-C)对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的影响。选取135例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者作为病例组,另外选取正常体检者135例作为正常对照组。比较两组患者sd LDL-C和其他脂蛋白胆固醇及载脂蛋白(apo A1,Apo B)的差异。结果提示血清sd LDL-C可以作为评估冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的有效指标,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of small dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol( sdldl-c) on patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. 135 patients with coronary atherosclerosis were selected as the case group and 135 cases of the normal heart from medical examination persons as control group. The differences of serum sd LDL-C and apolipoproteins( apo A1,apo B) between the two groups were compared. The results indicated that the change of sd LDL-C can be used as an effective index for evaluating coronary artery sclerosing heart disease.更多还原
