【摘要】 探讨复方丹参注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺对毛细支气管炎合并心肌损害患儿心肌酶及炎症的影响。收集毛细支气管炎合并心肌损害患儿随机分为2组,每组112例。对照组给予环磷腺苷葡胺,观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方丹参注射液。对比两组临床指标。治疗后,两组AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH水平均明显降低,且观察组AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH水平明显低于对照组;治疗后,两组患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均较前明显下降,且观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的c Tn T的转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05)。复方丹参注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺能有效改善毛细支气管炎合并心肌损害患儿的炎症反应以及心肌损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Compound Danshen injection combined with meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate on myocardial enzymes and inflammation in children with bronchiolitis associated with myocardial damage. Methods: Children with bronchiolitis combined with myocardial damage were randomly divided into 2 groups,with112 cases in each group. The control group was given adenosine adenosine meglumine,and the observation group was added compound salvia miltiorrhiza on the basis of the control group. The two groups of clinical indicators were compared. Results:after treatment,two groups of AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH and HBDH levels were significantly decreased( P<0.05),and the observation group AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH and HBDH levels were significantly lower than that of the control group( P<0.05); after treatment,two groups of patients with TNF-alpha and IL-6 and IL-8 levels were significantly decreased( P<0.05),and the observation group TNF-alpha and IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly lower than that of the control group( P<0.05); after treatment,the observation group of c Tn T negative rate of 84% was significantly higher than the control group60.2%( P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Danshen injection combined with meglumine adenosine monophosphate can effectively improve the inflammatory response and myocardial damage in children with bronchiolitis accompanied by myocardial damage,and the treatment effect is satisfactory.更多还原
