【摘要】 目的回顾分析小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术对角膜内皮的影响。方法回顾分析信阳市眼科医院眼科2015年至2016年4月收治的280例(293眼)白内障患者的临床资料,比较患者术后角膜水肿、视力恢复情况以及手术前后角膜细胞变化情况,总结出小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术对角膜内皮的影响。结果手术后的1~2天,出现角膜水肿的患眼43只,发生率为14.7%;患者手术后裸眼视力均有提高;治疗后1个月对患者角膜内皮细胞计数、角膜内皮细胞面积以及六角形细胞比例与术前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术对角膜内皮的影响比较小,临床中具有很高的使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction on corneal endothelium. Methods Retrospective analysis of 280 cases in our hospital from 2015 to April 2016 were clinical data( 293 eyes) of cataract patients,patients with corneal edema,visual acuity,corneal cell changes,summed up the small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery on corneal endothelial removal effect. Results 1 ~ 2 days after surgery,corneal edema appeared to have 43 eyes,the incidence rate was 14. 7%,uncorrected visual acuity in patients was improved after surgery,one mounth after surgery,the difference of patients with corneal endothelial cell count,cell area and percentage of hexagonal cells before and after treatment was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction has a relatively small effect on corneal endothelium,which has high value in clinical application.更多还原
