差热/热重分析法鉴别不同的海参

【摘要】 目的建立1种快速分析与鉴别不同种海参的方法,采用热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)与差热分析(DTA)方法分别对不同种类海参进行分析。方法以α-Al2O3为参照物,N2为气氛的条件下,升温速率为10℃·min-1,温度范围为50~600℃,进行各种海参的热分析图谱的比较鉴别。结果不同海参的TG-DTG和DTA图谱中的峰形存在很大的差异。在DTG谱图中,俄罗斯红参与球参分别有1个较大峰,威海刺参有1个较小峰,茄海参无明显峰,黄玉参、梅花参与光秃参分别有1个较大峰1个较小峰,但峰的形状与位置均有明显不同。在DTA谱图中,俄罗斯红参与光秃参分别有2个明显吸热峰,茄海参有2个明显放热峰,黄玉参与威海刺参分别有1个明显吸热峰,梅花参有3个明显放热峰,球参有1个明显放热峰。结论实验表明热分析法具有用量少、易操作、图谱易分析、方便快捷等优点,可以作为1种快速鉴别不同海参的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a rapid method for the analysis and identification of different species of sea cucumbers,the thermogravimetry-differential thermogravimetry(TG-DTG)and differential thermal analysis(DTA)methods were used for Russian red sea cucumber,eggplant sea cucumber,topaz sea cucumber,plum sea cucumber,bare sea cucumber,Weihai sea cucumber and spherical sea cucumber.Methodsα-Al2 O3 was taken as the reference substance and under N2 condition,with the velocity of hoisting temperature with 10℃·min-1 from 50℃to 600 ℃,the herbs were identified by comparing differences of chromatography.Results There were differences in TG-DTG and DTA chromatography among different species of sea cucumbers.In the DTG spectrum,there was a large peak of Russian red sea cucumber and spherical sea cucumber,a small peak of Weihai sea cucumber.No obvious peak of eggplant sea cucumber,a small peak and a large peak of topaz sea cucumber,plumsea cucumber and bare sea cucumber.However,the shape and position of the peaks were significantly different.In the DTA spectrum,there were two distinct endothermic peaks of Russian red ginseng and bare sea cucumber,two distinct exothermic peaks of eggplant sea cucumber,one distinct endothermic peak of topaz sea cucumber and Weihai sea cucumber,three distinct exothermic peaks of plum sea cucumber,and an obvious exothermic peak of spherical sea cucumber.Conclusion The experiment showed that thermal analysis method had the advantages of low dosage,simple operation and analysis,so it could be used as a rapid identification of different species of sea cucumbers.
