N100幅值衰减参数在不同响度类别下的习惯化研究
Study on Habituation of N100 Amplitude Attenuation Parameters at Different Loudness Scales
【摘要】 目的研究N100幅值在不同响度下的习惯化是否可用于响度的客观检测。方法首先通过行为响度测试获取每位受试者的响度类别,然后对比响度"Most comfortable"和"Loud"两种类别晚潜伏期响应的N100幅值变化,并通过N100幅值衰减速率Vhab、衰减前后差异Phab量化习惯化。结果两种响度类别下的习惯化表现存在差异,响度类别"Loud"的Vhab要高于"Most comfortable",相差约3倍,而两种响度类别的Phab值近乎相同。结论响度类别为"Most comfortable"和"Loud"时,N100幅值衰减速率Vhab可表示受试者总体上响度的习惯化差异,本研究丰富了响度客观测量的实验数据。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the validity of the habituation of N100 amplitude at different loudness scales in the objective detection of loudness.Methods First,the loudness scales of the subjects were obtained by the behavioral loudness test.The amplitude of N100 in late auditory evoked potential at "Most comfortable"and "Loud"levels were compared to observe the distinction of habituation at different loudness scales.The differences in habituation were subsequently measured by N100 amplitude-attenuation-velocity Vhaband the difference of N100 amplitude after amplitude attenuation Phab.Results The habituation was observed to vary at different loudness scales.The Vhabat "Loud"level was about 3 times larger than those at "Most comfortable"level whereas the Phabwas almost equal at these two loudness scales.Conclusion At the loudness scales of"Most comfortable"and"Loud",the Vhab,representing the N100 amplitude-attenuation-velocity,can characterize the habituation difference of loudness for grand subject.This study can enrich the experimental data of objective loudness measurement.
