【摘要】 研究了具有超强酸和磺酸两种功能的固体催化剂WO3/ATT/SO3H的制备以及协同催化对氨基苯乙醚和丙酮缩合制备乙氧基喹啉的工艺.乙氧基喹啉的收率为91.2%,纯度为92.4%.探讨了催化剂用量、物料比和反应温度对反应收率的影响.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the solid catalyst WO3/ATT/SO3H,with two functions of super id and sulfonic id,was prepared and catalyzed condensation of para-ethoxylaniline and etone to obtain ethoxyquinoline with the yield of 91. 2% and purity of 92. 4%. and the process of preparation of by catalytic were studied. The effects of the amount of catalyst,material ratio and retion temperature on the yield were also investigated.
