吉林市小型景观水体夏季浮游植物群落特征及水质评价

【摘要】 2016年7月,对吉林市北山湖、落马湖、江南公园、乌拉公园、卢瓦尔小镇等5处景观8个小型景观水体的浮游植物群落及其主要水环境因子进行调查,并利用生物多样性指数法(Shannon指数H、Margalef指数D和Pielou指数J)和综合营养状态指数法分别对水体水质和水环境因子进行评价。结果表明:8个水体共鉴定浮游植物7门68属125种,主要优势种为蓝藻和绿藻;北山湖、江南公园、卢瓦尔、落马湖、乌拉公园浮游植物平均细胞丰度变化范围分别为2.75×106-3.18×106cells·L-1,11.87×106-38.82×106cells·L-1,16.80×106-25.12×106cells·L-1,7.63×106-8.78×106cells·L-1;0.25×106-5.40×106cells·L-1;北山湖、江南公园2个水体、卢瓦尔2个水体、落马湖、乌拉公园2个水体的H值分别1.41-2.16、0.56-1.17、1.99-2.05、0.77-0.87、2.22-2.42,D值分别为3.21-4.80、2.78-3.25、4.44-5.62、3.25-3.31和5.27-5.40,J值分别为0.48-0.72、0.17-0.37、0.54-0.57、0.13-0.25、0.63-0.86。综合评价结果表明,8个小型景观水体处于中营养、β-中等污染水平。

【Abstract】 Phytoplankton communities and the main aquatic environmental factors were investigated in five landscapes(BeiShan lake,LuoMa lake,JiangNan park,WuLa park,Luwall town)and 8 small landscapes water bodies in Jilin city in July 2016.The water quality was evaluated by using biodiversity indexes(Shannon index H,Margalef index D and Pielou index J),and aquatic environmental factors were analyzed by the method of comprehensive nutrition state index.The results indicated that a total of 125 species of phytoplankton were identified,which belonged to 7 phyla and 68 genera.The phytoplankton cell abundance varied ranging are 2.75 106-3.18 106 cells L-1,11.87 106-38.82 106 cells L-1,16.80 106-25.12 106 cells L-1,7.63 106-8.78 106 cells L-1,0.25 106-5.40 106 cells L-1 in Beishan Lake,Jiangnan Park,Luwall Lake,Luoma Lake and Wula Park,respectively.The H values of phytoplankton were 1.41-2.16,0.56-1.17,1.99-2.05,0.77-0.87,2.22-2.42 in Beishan Lake,Jiangnan Park,Luwall Lake and Wula Park,respectively.The corresponding D values were3.21-4.80,2.78-3.25,4.44-5.62,3.25-3.31 and 5,27-5.40,and the corresponding J values were 0.48-0.72,0.17-0.37,0.54-0.57,0.13-0.25,0.63-0.86,respectively.Based on this investigation,it was suggested that the eight landscapes water bodies were under eutrophic situation and atβ-moderate pollution level.
