【摘要】 目的探讨婴幼儿沟通和象征性行为量表(CSBS-DP-ITC)作为常见发育障碍的综合性筛查工具的可行性及筛查效能,为该量表在儿童保健专业基层使用提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对2014年1月至2017年6月在深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院儿童保健科进行常规健康体检的620例正常儿童和就诊于儿童心理专科门诊的609例发育障碍儿童进行CSBS-DP-ITC筛查,年龄均在18~24个月龄,并进行差异性比较。结果正常儿童与发育障碍儿童的CSBS-DP-ITC量表筛查结果在社会交往、言语、象征性行为、总分等4个方面均差异显著,使用CSBS-DP-ITC筛查孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)阳性率最高;其次为发育迟缓(DD),特殊性语言发育障碍(SLI)阳性率最低。结论 CSBS-DP-ITC可以作为18~24月龄儿童发育障碍疾病的早期筛查工具,能较好地区分正常儿童和异常儿童,尤其是应用于ASD和DD儿童的早期筛查中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility and screening capability of the CSBS-SP-ITC as a general screening tool of common child development disorders,to provide the basis using the scale in child care professional at the grass-roots level. Methods 620 normal infants and 609 abnormal infants who were at 18 ~ 24 months age were selected to compare their results of CSBS-DP-ITC with the methods of retrospective analysis. Results The difference of normal infants and abnormal infants had statistically significan in the part of social composite,language,symbolic composite and total score. The positive rate of ASD group is the highest,and DD group is lower than ASD group,SLI group is the lowest. Conclusion CSBS-DP-ITC can be used as an early screening tool of child development disorders at 18 ~ 24 months age. It can distinguish normal infants from abnormal infants. Especially it can be used in early screening of ASD and DD.更多还原
