透翠及不同药剂树干喷雾防治杨树天牛试验研究

【摘要】 利用透翠的树皮穿透、传导作用,选用透翠配合使用飞扫-噻嗪酮·毒死蜱、吡虫啉乳油和虫的乐3种杀虫剂,采用树干喷雾法对杨树天牛进行林间防治试验。结果表明,飞扫+透翠、吡虫啉+透翠和虫的乐+透翠3种药剂不同浓度组合对杨树天牛幼虫都有很好的触杀作用,虫口减退率均达81.16%以上,其中飞扫+透翠50+50倍液的防效最好,为98.73%,与其他处理存在极显著性差异。不同部位伐倒后木段的调查统计结果表明,透翠具有很好的树皮穿透和传导作用。3种药剂组合处理对成虫产卵行为均有一定的驱避作用,且飞扫、虫的乐的驱避作用略强于吡虫啉。3种药剂的不同浓度对新产卵均有较强的杀伤作用。因此,透翠配合3种药剂对天牛虫口密度的有效控制及降低其对林木的危害具有潜在价值。

【Abstract】 With the function of bark penetration and transmission, Noposion Toucui bark penetrant was chosen to be used in this trial, together with 3 other agents like Flux-thiazinone.Chlorpyrifos, Imidacloprid cream and Chongdele. Trunk spray method was conducted in the trial to control poplar longicorn. The results showed that: Different concentration of 3 combination agents like "Flux+Toucui", "Imidacloprid+Toucui" and "Chongdele+Toucui" all had better tag roles to control longicorn larvae, and the average population loss rate reached over 81.16%, of which "Flux+Toucui"(50%+50%) had the highest control effects, 98.73%, and had a significant difference when compared with other treatments. When cut down, investigation into different parts of the log showed that Noposion Toucui had better bark penetration and transmission. All 3 composition treatments had certain ward-off effects on the adults’ oviposition behaviors, of which the compositions with Flux and Chongdele were slightly more effective than that with Imidacloprid. Different concentration of these 3 combination agents had better damaging effects on the new eggs. So, these 3 composition treatments all could effectively control the population density, and thus decrease their damage to the forest. The compositions had potential values.
