对苯二甲酰双己内酰胺的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of terephthaloyl bis-caprolactamate
【摘要】 对苯二甲酰双己内酰胺(TBCL)系一种N-酰化内酰胺,在己内酰胺阴离子开环聚合中作为活性种,可使聚合反应速率显著加快、诱导期缩短并可使反应在较低温度下进行。以对苯二甲酰氯、己内酰胺为主要原料,辅以中和剂,合成TBCL,考察了原料配比对产物收率、熔点以及表观特性的影响,并由核磁氢谱(1H NMR)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)分别表征了合成物的结构特征与结晶特性。1H NMR、FTIR、XRD表明合成物为结晶型对苯二甲酰双己内酰胺(TBCL),其熔点介于200~203℃,其中又以对苯二甲酰氯、己内酰胺、吡啶三者物质的量比为1:2. 2:3时TBCL收率最高,达91. 3%。
【Abstract】 Terephthaloyl bis-caprolactam( TBCL) is an N-acylated lactam that acts as an activator in ring-opening polymerization of caprolactam,allowing the polymerization rate to be significantly increased,the induction period shortened,and the reaction allowed to proceed at lower temperature.TBCL was synthesized by the reaction of terephthalic acid chloride with caprolactam in the presence of neutralizers,the effects of molar ratio of raw materials on the product yield,the melting point and the apparent characteristics were investigated,and the structural features and crystallinity of the product were characterized by1 H NMR,FTIR and XRD,respectively.The results of1 H NMR,FTIR and XRD indicated that the synthesized product was crystalline terephthaloyl biscaprolactam( TBCL),whose melting point was at 200~203℃. When the molar ratio of terephthaloyl chloride,caprolactam and pyridine was 1:2. 2: 3,the yield of TBCL reached at 91. 3%.
