硫酸催化链式α-羰基二硫缩烯酮合成β-羰基羧酸硫醇酯
H2SO4-catalyzed synthesis of β-ketothioesters from chainα-oxo ketene dithioactals
【摘要】 本文报道了硫酸催化的基于链式α-羰基二硫缩烯酮的β-羰基羧酸硫醇酯的合成。在5mol%H2SO4存在下,乙腈介质中,回流条件下,链式α-羰基二硫缩烯酮有效进行水解反应,高产率合成β-羰基羧酸硫醇酯。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a synthetic method for β-ketothioesters from sulfuric acid(H2SO4)-catalyzed hydrolysis reaction of chain α-oxoketene dithioacetals was reported.It was shown that the hydrolysis reaction of chain α-oxoketene dithioacetals could efficiently occur in the presence of 5 mol% H2SO4 under reflux in CH3 CN,affording the desired β-ketothioesters in excellent yields.
