电还原石墨烯/ImAS复合材料修饰GCE检测多巴胺
Detection of dopamine based on electroreduced graphene oxide and imidazolium groups composites modified GCE
【摘要】 将玻璃碳电极(GCE)表面进行循环伏安法(CV)阳极化,产生丰富的含氧基团;基于硅氧烷缩合化学,将ImAS键合在阳极化GCE表面;通过静电和π-π作用,GO自组装于Im AS-GCE表面;经电化学还原得到erGO/Im AS/GCE。该电极对DA的电催化氧化具有优异的性能。优化条件下,DA检测具有0.1~5μM和5~200μM两段线性范围,其检测下限为0.1μM。该电极的分析性能优于裸GCE、Im AS/GCE和其他很多已报道的电极,应用于实际样品分析,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Electroreduced graphene oxide( er GO) was robustly assembled on an anodically roughened glassy carbon electrode( GCE)covalently tethered with imidazolium alkoxysilane( Im AS) for analysis of dopamine( DA). A bare GCE was roughened by cyclic voltammetry to make its surface abundant of hydroxyl groups,and Im AS was then covalently tethered onto anodically roughened GCE.The Graphene oxide( GO) dispersed in water was spontaneously assembled on the Im AS/GCE by electrostatic affinity,and then electroduction of GO by CV yielded an er GO/Im AS/GCE.The prepared er GO/Im As/GCE showed excellent electroactivity and electrocatalytic activity for oxidation of DA. Under optimized conditions,the er GO/Im As/GCE showed a linear detection range( LDR) of DPV peak from 0. 1 μM to 5 μM with a sensitivity of 0. 5813 μA·M-1 as well as a LDR from 5 μM to 200 μM with a sensitivity of 0. 060 μA· μM-1,a detection of limit( LOD,S/N = 3) of 0. 1 μM for DA.The er GO/Im As/GCE performed better than GO/Im As/GCE,Im As/GCE,and bare GCE as well as many reported analogues.The er GO/Im As/GCE was successfully demonstrated for analysis of DA in human urine samples.
