胆酸和柠檬酸根共同修饰的银纳米粒子对H2PO4-的比色识别
Cholalic acid and citrate bifunctionalized silver nanoparticles for colorimetric H2PO4- sensing
【摘要】 本文合成胆酸和柠檬酸根共同修饰的银纳米粒子(CA+C-Ag NPs),通过银纳米粒表面的配体胆酸与H2PO4-阴离子之间的络合作用,诱导CA+C-Ag NPs团聚,溶液由黄色变为酒红色,因而该银纳米探针可以选择性识别H2PO4-。该银纳米粒探针检测H2PO4-的线性范围为2×10-61×10-5mol·L-1,比色检测限为7×10-7mol·L-1,具有较高的灵敏度。
【Abstract】 It is a challenging task to develop a simple method to detect the biologically important anion H2PO4-.Herein,a highly sensitive H2PO4-colorimetric sensor was designed and based on cholalic acid and citrate bifunctionalized silver nanoparticles(CA+C-Ag NPs).CA+C-Ag NPs exhibited a distinct colorimetric response to the H2PO4-with the color change from yellow to wine red,due to the complexation of H2PO4-with cholalic acid inducing aggregation of Ag NPs.Moreover,the assay showed a linear response range of 2×10-61×10-5mol·L-1for H2PO4-with colorimetric detection limit of 7×10-7mol·L-1
