基于GT-POWER的柴油车选择性催化还原法热老化建模研究
Studies on Thermal Aging Modeling of Diesel Vehicle Based on GT-POWER
【摘要】 铜基分子筛催化剂具有较强的抗老化能力,但在高温条件下,其极易发生活性下降、选择性降低等问题。通过研究老化机理,提出老化动力学模型,搭建GT-POWER老化模型,仿真与实验相结合,得出最优参数。结果表明,老化时间与老化温度是影响催化剂活性的最主要因素;随着老化时间的增加,老化温度的提高,催化剂的老化程度越明显;GT-POWER老化模型与实际较为吻合,可为后续铜基分子筛老化过程提供仿真数据。
【Abstract】 Copper-based molecular sieve catalyst has a strong anti-aging ability,but its activity and selectivity are easy to decrease under high temperature.In this paper,we study the aging mechanism,propose the aging kinetics model,set up the GT-POWER aging model,and combine the simulation with the experiment to get the optimal parameters.The results show that the aging time and aging temperature are the most important factors affecting the activity of the catalyst;With the increase of aging time and the aging temperature,the aging degree of the catalyst is more obvious;GT-POWER aging model is well consistent with the actual results so that it can provide simulation data for the subsequent aging process of the copperbased molecular sieve.
