水杨醛缩L-丙氨酸还原席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)配位聚合物的合成及晶体结构

【摘要】 合成了水杨醛缩L-丙氨酸还原席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)配位聚合物[CuC10H11NO3]2n,通过单晶X衍射法对其晶体结构进行了表征。结果表明,标题配位聚合物属于四方晶系,空间群为P4(3)2(1)2,晶胞参数a=0.884 74(16)nm,b=0.884 74(16)nm,c=2.491 7(5)nm,α=90.00°,β=90.00°,γ=90.00°,V=1.950 4(6)nm3,Z=8。铜原子为五配位的四方锥构型,配位聚合物通过氢键作用形成一维螺旋结构。

【Abstract】 The reduced Schiff base copper coordination polymer of [CuC10H11NO3]2n was synthesized using salicylaldehyde and L-alanine as starting materials and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The result shows that the compound belongs to tetragonal crystal system and it is crystallized in space group of P4(3)2(1)2 with the lattice parameters of a=0.884 74(16)nm,b=0.884 74(16)nm,c=2.491 7(5)nm,α=90.00°,β=90.00°,γ=90.00°,V=1.950 4(6)nm3,and Z=8.Copper(Ⅱ)atom is five-coordinated and displays a square subulate geometry.Three-dimensional helical construction is formed through the hydrogen bonding interaction.
