芳氧乙酸二乙胺基乙酯的合成及其活性
Synthesis and Biological Activity of Diethylaminoethyl Aryloxyacetate
【摘要】 芳氧乙酸是一类良好的植物生长调节剂,为了改善其脂溶性并进一步提高其活性,将芳氧乙酸与二乙氨基乙醇结合到同一个分子中,合成了7个取代芳氧乙酸二乙胺基乙酯,通过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和MS对其结构进行了表征,并测试了生物活性。生测结果表明:大部分目标化合物均可促进玉米幼苗生长,提高玉米叶片的叶绿素含量、降低丙二醛含量。其中苯环上有氯取代的化合物活性优于传统的植物生长调节剂2,4-D。
【Abstract】 Aryloxyacetic acid is a type of plant growth regulator.In order to improve its liposolubility and biological activity,aryloxyacetic acid and diethylaminoethanol were combined into one molecule so that diethylaminoethyl aryloxyacetate with seven substituents was synthesized.Its chemical structure was characterized by IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR and MS,and its biological activity was also determined.The biological activity determinations show that most target compounds can promote the growth of corn seedling,increase the content of corn leaf chlorophyll and decrease the content of malondialdehyde.The compound in which the benzene ring substituted by chlorine shows better biological activity than that of a traditional plant growth regulator of 2,4-D.
