PdNi合金催化剂的制备及其电化学性能研究

【摘要】 用改良的浸渍法合成了不同合金度的碳载PdNi纳米粒子,考察其对氧还原和氢氧化反应的催化行为,研究表明,Pd75Ni25氧还原质量比活性最高,Pd85Ni15的氢氧化催化活性最优,这两种PdNi合金催化剂为燃料电池非Pt阴阳极催化剂提供了一个选择。

【Abstract】 PdNi/C catalysts with different alloy degree were prepared using an improved impregnation method.The catalytic activities toward both oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)were examined.Among these catalysts,Pd75 Ni25/C exhibits the highest mass specific catalytic activity toward ORR,and Pd85 Ni15/C is the best one for HOR.The PdNi alloy catalysts as non Pt catalysts will be used into fuel cell.
