【摘要】 某电力公司高压加热器存在比较严重的结垢现象。通过分析垢样和结垢原因,确定应用SWM100-Ⅰ型移动式电磁脉冲在线清洗装置,实现高压加热器电磁脉冲化学(DMH)清洗。文中介绍了DMH清洗技术和清洗工艺。通过该项技术的成功应用,加热器换热效率和节能效果显著提升,为同类型电厂开展清洁生产和节能降耗提供了宝贵的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 A serious scaling phenomenon is founded in high pressure heater of an electric power company. The reasons for scaling and scaling are analyzed,SWM100-Ⅰ type mobile electromagnetic pulse on-line cleaning device are applied to realize high voltage heater electromagnetic pulse chemical cleaning( DMH). DMH cleaning technology and cleaning technology are introduced in this paper.Through the successful application of this technology,the heat transfer efficiency and energy saving effect have been significantly improved.
