固定床反应器合成聚醚胺D-230的研究
Study on the synthesis of polyether amine D-230 by fixed bed reactor
【摘要】 针对间歇法生产低分子量聚醚胺存在产品转化率低、产品质量差等问题,进行了固定床连续法合成低分子量聚醚胺D-230产品的研究开发。以聚丙二醇醚(PPG-230)与液氨、氢气为原料,在固定床反应器上进行催化胺化反应,合成了聚醚胺D-230。对原料和产物进行了红外光(IR)和核磁共振(NMR)分析,通过(IR)谱图和1HNMR谱图确定了产物结构。通过单因素试验确定了合成聚醚胺D-230的最佳工艺条件:反应温度220℃、反应压力6 MPa、氢体积分数17%~20%、空速0. 2 h-1。在上述条件下,合成的聚醚胺D-230的胺值达到8. 1 mmol/g以上。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems such as low conversion rate and poor quality of product existed in the batch process for synthesizing low molecular weight polyether,the fixed bed continuous process is studied and developed for synthesizing low molecular weight polyether D-230. Using polypropylene glycol ether( PPG-230) with liquid ammonia and hydrogen as raw materials,polyether D-230 is synthesized by catalytic amination in a fixed bed reactor. The raw materials and products are analyzed by infrared( IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR),and the product structure is confirmed by( IR) spectrum and1 H NMR spectrum. The optimum technological conditions for the synthesis of polyether amine D-230 are determined by single factor experiments: the reaction temperature is 220 ℃,the reaction pressure is 6 MPa,the volume fraction of hydrogen is 17% to 20% and the space velocity is0. 2 h-1. Under the above mentioned conditions,the amine value of the synthesized polyether amine D-230 can reach up to 8. 1 mmol/g.
