单质炸药HMX热老化前后晶体品质显微拉曼光谱表征
Evaluation of HMX crystal after thermal aggression by micro-raman spectroscopy
【摘要】 为评价单质炸药HMX在热老化前后晶体品质的变化,采用显微拉曼光谱技术研究了HMX在指定条件下热老化前后拉曼特征峰统计规律。结果表明,热老化后HMX大部分拉曼特征峰半峰宽(FWHM)减小,所有FWHM的相对标准偏差均有不同程度减小,说明热老化后HMX试样晶体结晶品质提高,晶体结晶缺陷分布均匀性进一步改善;HMX热爆发温度及热爆发活化能较老化前有所提高。
【Abstract】 In order to evalue the effect of specific thermal aggression on crystal quality,raman spectra of HMX before and after thermal treatment were studied. The spectra presented that the full width at half maximum(FWHM) of most characteristic peaks and all of their relative standard deviation(RSD) decreased after the thermal treatment,which could be considered as the result of the improvement of crystal quality. The explosion temperature and activation energy of heat explosion of same samples increased.
