ICP–MS法测定食品接触纸制品中铬、镍、砷、镉、铅、汞

Determination of Cr, Ni, As, Cd, Pb, Hg in food contact paper products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

【摘要】 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP–MS)测定食品接触纸制品中铬、镍、砷、镉、铅、汞6种重金属含量的方法。样品经微波消解处理后用ICP–MS进行测定,内标法定量。在优化实验条件下,测定汞元素的线性范围在0~10μg/L之间,测定铅、镉、铬、镍、砷元素的线性范围在0~100μg/L之间,相关系数均大于0.999。各元素的检出限为0.001~0.1 mg/kg,加标回收率为89.3%~116.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.5%~7.9%(n=6)。该方法样品处理简单,检测灵敏度高,适用于食品接触纸制品中铬、镍、砷、镉、铅、汞的检测。

【Abstract】 The method for determining Cr, Ni, As, Cd, Pb, Hg in food contact paper products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP–MS) was established. After being treated by microwave digestion method,the contents of Cr, Ni, As, Cd, Pb, Hg in samples were determined by ICP–MS, internal standard method was used. The linear range of detection was 0–10 μg/L for Hg, and 0–100 μg/L for Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni, As, and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999. The detection limits were in the range of 0.001–0.1 mg/kg. The recovery rates of six elements ranged from 89.3% to 116.0%, and the relative standard deviations of detection results were 3.5%–7.9%(n=6). The method is simple in sample pretreatment,accurate and sensitive, it is suitable for the determination of Cr, Ni, As, Cd, Pb, Hg in food contact paper products.
