纳米Ag/C空心球的制备及无酶H2O2电化学传感
Preparation of Nano Ag/C Hollow Sphere and Its Nonenzymatic Electrochemical Sensing of H2O2
【摘要】 以SiO2为模板制备出空心碳球,再用微波辅助原位还原的方法成功在空心碳球表面负载了纳米Ag颗粒,并对其形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:平均直径小于10nm的Ag颗粒均匀地负载到空心碳球表面。电化学结果显示纳米Ag/C空心球对过氧化氢H2O2具有较好的无酶电化学传感性能,其过氧化氢检测浓度范围为577 700μmol/L,并对抗坏血酸、赖氨酸、缬氨酸、脯氨酸等均有良好的抗干扰能力。
【Abstract】 The hollow carbon sphere was firstly prepared using SiO2 as template,then Ag nano particles were successfully in situ deposited on the hollow carbon sphere by a microwave assistant reduction method.The product was characterized and the results show that Ag nano particles with diameter less than 10 nm were uniformly loaded on the surface of hollow carbon spheres.The electrochemical results indicated that the nano Ag/C hollow spheres possessed preferable nonenzymatic sensing perfomance for H2O2 with H2O2 detection range of 577 700μmol/L.Moreover,it also had satisfactory anti-interference ability to AA,L-Lys,L-Val and L-Pro.
