【摘要】 从大类招生和专业分流的优缺点出发,结合分流后学生专业认知度和学习兴趣差异性的不同,探讨了弱势专业的教学对策,并以弱化后的通信工程专业为例,通过人才培养方案改革、融合多种教学方法等手段,强化学生创新能力培养,提高人才培养质量。实践结果表明,采取多样化教学方法、理论与实验有机结合等手段,有效提高了学生实践创新能力,证实了此方案的可行性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the advantage s and disadvantages of large classified admissions and professional shunting, combined with differences in professional awareness and study interest after professional shunting, the teaching countermeasures of the disadvantaged major are discussed, and with the weakening of the communications engineering major as an example, through the talent training scheme reform and fusion many kinds of teaching methods and so on, strengthen the students’ innovative ability training, improve the quality of personnel training. The practice results show that adopting diversified teaching methods, integrating theory and experiment effectively can improve students’ practical innovation ability, and confirm the feasibility and practicability of the scheme.更多还原
