【Abstract】 The Marine Environment Security Platform is a technical support system that combines hardware and software for providing routine services to daily marine environmental safety management under normal conditions and handling of abnormal marine environmental safety incidents. This paper describes the main functions that the platform should have, analyzes and discusses the key technologies to be solved in the platform design and construction, and provides an important reference for the construction and application of the platform for the safety and security of the marine environment.更多还原
