【摘要】 以2008—2017年WoS数据库中收录的684篇服务供应链相关领域文献为研究对象,借助Citespace IV软件对搜集的文献进行知识图谱分析,采用文献共引网络和关键词共现网络及突现词分析,构建文献知识图谱,进而探究了服务供应链研究的发展现状、演化趋势和热点研究领域。研究表明:(1)服务供应链相关领域研究在发文期刊、学者、国家/地区类别等方面呈现典型的集中分散的发展态势,尤其是在中、美、英三国学者引领了服务供应链相关领域的研究,我国学者在该领域的研究处于稳步提升阶段,但合作网络密切程度有待加强;(2)近十年服务供应链相关领域研究热点主要集中在模型构建、绩效评价、系统优化、需求设计、质量控制等方面,以模型、物流、选择、服务以及物流服务、供应商集成为知识基础;(3)服务供应链相关领域研究呈现出了路径依赖的演化发展趋势,即最早基于经典的供应链管理和管理理论延伸而来,融合服务管理、物流服务、系统集成等内容逐步演化,先后经历了供应链系统、供应链服务、供应链服务系统以及服务供应链四个阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the WoS database from 2008 to 2017 in 684 as the research object,a service supply chain related paper literature collected by CitespaceI V software knowledge map analysis. Adopts literature together lead network and highlight the words and keywords co-occurrence analysis,literature knowledge map construction,and then explores the development status quo of study on service supply chain,evolutionary trend and hotspot of research. Research shows that:(1) the service supply chain related studies in periodicals category,scholars countries/regions,etc.,present development situation of typical centralization or decentralization. Especially in Britain and scholars of China and the United States led the service supply chain related to areas of research,Chinese scholars in the field of study in the stage of rising steadily,but need to strengthen cooperation network strictly degree.(2) In recent ten years,research focuses on model construction,performance evaluation,system optimization,demand design,quality control,etc.,and it is based on the knowledge of model,logistics,selection,service,logistics service and supplier integration.(3) The service supply chainrelated research presented the development trend of the evolution of path dependence,namely the first extension based on the classical theory of supply chain management and management,service management,logistics services,systems integration,such as content gradually evolved.
