【摘要】 活动设计能力是幼儿教师对教育活动诸要素进行整体规划与具体安排以形成活动计划与方案的能力,是应用型、高水平幼教人才的岗位素质要求之一。以学前教育专业活动设计类课程教学改革为例,分析应用型学前教育本科生活动设计能力培养上普遍存在的培养目标模糊、课程设置对活动设计能力实现程度较低、活动设计类课程的教学方式传统僵化等问题,探讨解决问题的策略,以期提升学前教育专业的人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Activity design ability refers to the preschool teachers’ ability in overall planning and arrangement during the time constructing and carrying out teaching activities or programs. It is one of the required qualities for an applied and high-level preschool education talent. Taking the teaching reform of preschool education professional activity design course as an example, the paper analyzes the prevailing problems, such as the vague training objectives, the low-capability of actualizing activity plan; and the traditional rigidity of teaching methods in the activity design course.
