不同品种谷子幼苗抗旱生理指标的研究
Study of Physiological Index of Drought Resistance in Different Varieties of Setaria italica Seedlings
【摘要】 采用PEG-6000处理,模拟干旱环境对谷子幼苗生长进行干旱胁迫,测定叶片的丙二醛含量(MDA)、游离脯氨酸、过氧化氢酶活性等生理指标,探究不同品种谷子干旱性适应的基本生理生化特征。结果表明,随着胁迫程度加重,不同品种谷子的生长被显著影响,丙二醛含量增加,同时游离脯氨酸积累,过氧化氢酶活性升高,但不同品种增长幅度不同。根据所有指标的隶属函数分析,分别得出不同品种谷子抗旱性能的差异。其中衡谷10号、郑-06为强抗旱品种;济0531、安07-4585、206058、济0515、冀谷31为较抗旱品种;03-992、200131为弱抗旱品种;豫谷1号为不抗旱品种。
【Abstract】 Using PEG6000 treatment, simulating drought environment and putting drought stress on seedling growth, the physiological indexes such as the content of malondialdehyde(MDA), free praline(Pro) and catalase(CAT) activity are studied, and the basic physiological and biochemical characteristics of drought adaptation of different kinds of Setaria italica are explored. The results show that the drought stress significantly inhibited plant growth, increased malondialdehyde contents, accumulated free praline, and enhanced catalase activity, but to different extent for different kinds. Through comprehensive analysis we reached the conclusion that different kinds of Setaria italica have different capacity of drought resistance. Among them, Henggu10 and Zheng-06 have strong resistance; Ji0531, An07-4585,206058, Ji0515 and Jigu31 have moderate resistance; 03-992 and 200131 have weak resistance; Yugu1 have no resistance or susceptible.
