【摘要】 随着高校住房制度的改革,地方本科院校的公共租赁住房管理存在制度化管理机制不完善、公共租赁住房的周转运行不畅、公共租赁住房物业管理薄弱等问题。结合地方本科院校住房管理实际,从行政与制度、市场经济、自管与社会化的角度来分析地方本科院校公共租赁住房管理存在问题的原因,提出应完善公共租赁住房管理制度、依制度办事,建立公共租赁住房巡查制度,转变认识、业主自治、明确职责等措施,以为教师队伍的稳定和教学工作的顺利开展提供有力的保障,从而促进地方本科院校教育事业更进一步的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the reform of the housing system in universities,the management of public housing in local universities has encountered some problems,such as imperfect institutionalized management,bad turnover operation,poor property management and so on.Based on the actual situation of housing management in local universities in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems of the management of public housing from the angles of administration and system,market economy,self management and socialization,then advances the following corresponding countermeasures:improving the public housing management system,establishing public housing inspectiontour system,changing awareness,implementing owner autonomy,and crystallizing responsibilities so as to ensure the stability of teachers and the smothgoing-on of teaching with a view to promoting the development of local universitives.更多还原
