【摘要】 为了研究以价值观为本的领导有效性的测量问题,以VBL理论和冰山理论为基础,参考Zenger和Folkman关于领导力素质的帐篷模型框架,构建一个以价值观为本的领导有效性空间模型。该空间模型包含五个支柱:领导能力、领导行为、领导价值观、领导特质和领导动机。当模型理想化时,可以采用数学方法和Mathematica软件对空间模型进行数学建模、测量,得到空间模型的值Vt,并将该模型应用于两个案例企业领导者的领导有效性测量。结果表明,领导价值观是VBL最重要的因素;该模型不仅有助于直观地分析领导有效性空间的动态变化,而且能够直观测量相关企业领导有效性空间大小。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the measurement problem of Value-Oriented Leadership effectiveness,the paper is to construct a theoretical model based on Value-Oriented Leadership theory,Iceberg model theory,and tent model framework of Zenger and Folkman.Our model includes five strands:leadership competence,leadership behavior,leadership values,leadership trait and leadership motive.We can construct and measure the space model based on Mathematica software with double integral calculation in mathematics when the model is idealized,and then get a space size Vt.After the application of this model to two case groups’Leadership effectiveness measurement,we can draw a conclusion that leadership values are the most important factor in VBL.Researchers can visually analyze how values-oriented leadership develops dynamically through the space size changes of values-oriented leadership effectiveness,and can measure the space size of leadership effectiveness.更多还原
