【摘要】 目的探析个案管理对重性精神病患者康复的作用。方法选取2017年1月-2018年2月收治的重性精神病患者70例为对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(传统管理方法)和研究组(个案管理方法),并观察两组患者SDSS评分及BPRS评分情况。结果管理后,研究组SDSS评分和BPRS评分均明显低于管理前(P<0.05),且研究组SDSS评分和BPRS评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论个案管理有利于提高重性精神病患者康复,改善患者精神状况,提高社会能力,值得临床应用与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of case management on rehabilitation of severe mental patients. Methods 70 cases of severe mental patients from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into the common group(traditional management method) and the observation group(case management method), then observe the SDSS, BPRS scores of the two groups. Results After management, SDSS, BPRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before management(P<0.05), SDSS, BPRS scores of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Case management can help to improve the rehabilitation of severe mental patients, it can also improve the mental condition, social competence of patients, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
