【Abstract】 This paper studies the effect and safety of artificial precipitation operation in Longtan reservoir area as well as secondary disasters, contradiction between supply and demand, and airspace control involved. It proposes measures or methods against all kinds of risks for safe artificial precipitation operation so that air water resource is properly developed,reservoir runoff is increased, generation capacity and economic benefit of the power plant are improved.更多还原
