【摘要】 我国冰上项目后备人才稀缺,面对即将到来的2022年北京举办的冬奥会,冰上项目人才培养与选材的方式方法值得探讨。本文采用文献资料、观察等研究方法,从速度轮滑、短道速滑和速度滑冰的相似性入手,找到3种运动在项目本身、比赛规则及训练方式方法上的相似之处,运用速度轮滑训练内容作为竞速滑冰运动的辅助训练手段,实现跨界培养与选材,以期为我国冰上运动及2022年冬奥会培养更多的专项人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reserves of China’s ice project are rare. Since the Beijing Winter Olympics in2022 is upcoming,the ways and means of training and selecting talents on ice are worth discussing. In this paper,the similarities of speed skating,short track speed skating and speed skating were studied by means of qualitative analysis and observation,and the similarities between the 3 sports in the project,the rules of the competition,as well as the methods of training were found. Also the training content of speed skating was used as the auxiliary training of the speed skating,so as to achieve the cross-border training and selection,and to train more special talents for our national ice sports and the 2022 Winter Olympic Games.更多还原
