【摘要】 从市场、企业、政府的角度提出汽车后市场变革的三大动力,在充分分析我国汽车后市场现状的前提下,预测未来市场变革的七大方向,在此基础上为我国汽车售后服务企业的发展提供了应对策略。

【Abstract】 On the view of market, business and government, three major driving forces on the innovation of automotive aftermarket were put forward. On the premise of analyzing the present situation of Chineseautomobile aftermarket, seven directions of the future market changes were forecasted. On this basis,the response strategies of automobile after-sales service enterprises were put forward.
