基于HyperWorks的转向垂臂拓扑优化
Topology Optimization of Steering Pitman Arm Based on HyperWorks
【摘要】 文中基于HyperWorks的拓扑优化技术对某商用车的转向垂臂进行轻量化设计,根据转向垂臂的受载与典型工况,对转向垂臂进行静力分析,并建立垂臂的拓扑优化模型;在垂臂拓扑优化结果的基础上对垂臂进行二次设计,对比优化前后的垂臂结构发现:新结构在维持原始、强度刚度基本不变的情况下质量减轻13.02%,实现了垂臂结构轻量化设计。
【Abstract】 Based on the topology optimization techniques, lightweight design of vehicle steering pitman arm was investigated in HyperWorks. According to the load and the typical working conditions of steering pitman arm, the static situation was analyzed and the conceptual model was established. On the basis of topology optimization results, the steering arm was redesigned. By comparing the double designs of steering arm structure, it can be found that the new structure can reduce quality by 13.02% while maintaining the original strength and stiffness, and realize the lightweight design of the steering pitman arm structure.
