基于二级串联型ISD悬架轻型车载武器仿真

【摘要】 惯容器-弹簧-阻尼(ISD)悬架是一种在传统被动悬架基础上增加了惯容器元件的新型悬架,其隔震效果显著提升。依据惯容器元件数学模型,提出一种基于ADAMS软件的等效惯容器模型建立方法,建立了基于二级串联型ISD悬架的轻型车载武器虚拟样机模型,通过惯容器试验数据与现有车载武器装备的试验数据对比,验证了等效惯容器建模方法以及车载武器虚拟样机的正确性。对车载武器的路面行驶工况和静止射击工况分别进行仿真分析,结果表明应用该二级串联型ISD悬架能有效提高轻型车载武器的行驶平顺性,同时改善射击时的车身以及炮口振动,提升车载武器效能。

【Abstract】 The Inerter-Spring-Damping( ISD) suspension is a new type of suspension,which is added to the traditional passive suspension foundation with vibration insulation effect improved remarkably.On the basis of Inerter element mathematical model,presented was a method based on ADAMS software to establish the equivalent container model,with the virtual prototype model of light vehicle weapon secondary tandem type suspension established based on ISD. Through a comparison of container test data and data of the existing vehicle equipment,the correctness of equivalent modeling method and inerter weapon virtual prototype was confirmed. The weapon road conditions and static fire conditions were simulated and analyzed. The results show that the application of the secondary tandem ISD type suspension can effectively improve vehicle ride comfort of light weapons,while improving the shooting body and muzzle vibration as well as vehicle weapon efficiency.
