自交联型硅丙乳液的合成及其固化漆膜性能研究

【摘要】 以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯(AAEM)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A-174)和双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为共聚单体,采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,成功地合成了自交联型硅丙乳液树脂,室温固化7天后获得了耐水性良好的硅丙漆膜。探讨了A-174和EGDMA用量对单体转化率、凝聚率以及乳胶粒粒径的影响,并研究了固化漆膜的性能。结果表明,A-174和EGDMA的引入对单体转化率的影响不大,但是含量过高时会导致乳胶粒的粒径增大,体系凝聚率提高。当A-174用量为质量分数9%、EGDMA用量为质量分数2%时,此时乳液树脂的硅含量较高,且聚合体系具有较高的单体转化率和较低的凝聚率。自交联单体EGDMA用量对固化漆膜的性能影响很大。当EGDMA用量为质量分数2%时,固化漆膜光滑平整,机械性能和耐水性最佳。

【Abstract】 The self-crosslinking silicon acrylic emulsion was successfully synthesized by the seed semi-continuous polymerization using styrene,butyl acrylate,γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane( A-174) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate( EGDMA) as the co-monomers,and the silicon acrylic cured film with good water resistance was obtained after curing. Effects of the A-174 and EGDMA content on the monomer conversion,the coagulation rate and the latex particle size were discussed,and the properties of cured film were studied. The results showed that the incorporation of the A-174 and EGDMA had little impact on the monomer conversion,but the high content of the A-174 and EGDMA lead to the increase of the particle size and the coagulation rate. When the A-174 content was 9% and the EGDMA content was 2%,the silicon acrylic emulsion with high silicon content possessed high monomer conversion and low coagulation rate. The content of the self-crosslinking monomer of the EGDMA had a great influence on the performance of the cured film. When the EGDMA content was 2%,the smooth cured film showed good mechanical properties and water resistance.
