【摘要】 目的:观察排酸护肾汤治疗尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例尿酸性肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加排酸护肾方超微颗粒治疗,均以2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察2组治疗前后的血尿酸(UA)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(UNAG)、尿微量白蛋白(UALB)变化情况,评定综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后UA水平均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后BUN、Scr、UNAG、UALB水平均明显下降,且优于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组及对照组均为3.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:排酸护肾汤可有效改善尿酸性肾病患者的临床症状和体征,并可有效降低血UA、Scr、BUN、UNAG、UALB水平,疗效安全确切,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Paisuan Hushen decoction in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy. Methods: A total of 60 patients with uric acid nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Wes tern medicine treatment,and those in the treatment group were given ultrafine particles of Paisuan Hushen prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group. Each course of treatment was 2 weeks,and both groups were given3 courses of treatment. The changes in serum uric acid(UA),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(UNAG),and urinary microalbumin(m Alb) after treatment were observed,and overall response was evaluated. Conclusion: Paisuan Hushen decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with uric acid nephropathy and reduce the levels of serum UA,SCr,BUN,UNAG,and m Alb.
