【摘要】 目的:观察柴芍六君子汤防治肝癌TACE术后栓塞综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例经TACE治疗后的原发性肝癌患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例,两组均予护肝等对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上予柴芍六君子汤口服,30 d为1个疗程,观察两组发热、腹痛、恶心呕吐、肝功能及体温控制、甲胚蛋白(AFP)水平改善情况、实体瘤疗效、生活质量。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者发热、腹痛、恶心呕吐程度、肝功能严重程度分级均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者体温控制的疗效、AFP水平改善情况、生活质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者实体瘤疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴芍六君子汤对原发性肝癌TACE术后栓塞综合征有较好的防治作用,能缓解栓塞后发热、腹痛、恶心呕吐等症状,减少TACE术后肝功能损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction in the prevention and treatment of embolism syndrome after liver cancer TACE Operation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with primary liver cancer after TACE were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).Both groups were treated with liver protection and so on.Besides,the treatment group was given Chaishao Liujunzi decoction,with 30 days as a course of treatment.Then,the fever,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,liver function,AFP,solid tumor effect and quality of life in the two groups were observed.Results:After one course of treatment,the severity of fever,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,liver function in treatment group was lower than those in control group(P<0.05);The therapeutic effect of temperature control,AFP and the quality of life in treatment group was better than those in control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups of solid umors(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chaishao Liujunzi decoction has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on embolism syndrome of primary liver cancer after TACE.It can relieve the symptoms of fever,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting after embolization,and reduce liver function damage after TACE.更多还原
