【摘要】 目的:优选蛇含石最佳炮制工艺。方法:采用正交设计法和多指标综合评价法,以宏观性状、中观全铁含量、微观溶出量(水溶性铁、重金属铅和镉)为评价指标,考察药材粒径、煅制时间、煅制温度及煅淬次数,优选蛇含石炮制工艺。结果:最佳炮制工艺为药材粒径(1.2±0.2)cm时700℃煅制40 min,煅淬3次。结论:蛇含石煅制工艺合理可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the processing technology of pyritum rotundum. Methods: Baesd on the orthogonal design and multi-index comprehensive evaluation, the macro character, meso total iron content and micro dissolution amount(water soluble iron, heavy metal lead and cadmium) were used as the evaluation indexes to investigate the effects of independent variables, including the particle size, calcining time, calcining temperature and calcined quenching times, on the medicinal materials. Results: The optimization of the processing technology was under the particle size of(1.2±0.2) cm, calcined at 700 ℃ for 40 min and calcined quenching for3 times. Conclusion: The method is reasonable and feasible, and provides a optimized way for processing of Pyritum rotundum.更多还原
