【摘要】 目的:探讨温针灸结合现代康复技术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的机制及疗效。方法:选取膝关节骨性关节炎患者40例,对照组给予温针灸治疗,治疗组加用现代康复技术治疗。两组随访2个月后进行步态测试,观察膝关节功能恢复情况及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前后足底各区受力时间百分比组间、组内比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组步角较治疗前减小(P<0.05),而对照组则有所增加,且治疗后两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后单足支撑期各参数两组均较治疗前有所改善,治疗组治疗前后改善明显(P<0.05),且两组间治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。足底压力峰值两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关步态参数治疗前后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸结合现代康复技术能显著提高膝骨性关节炎患者关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mechanism and effect of warming acupuncture combined with rehabilitation for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 40 in-patients were selected.The control group was given warming acupuncture while the treatment group were given warming acupuncture and rehabilitation.Gait indexes were observed after 2 months follow-up,to observed the active function recovery of the knee joint and identify the effect of these treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,the percentage of force time in all plantar pressure between the two groups and within the groups showed no difference(P>0.05).After treatment,step angle of treatment group was reduced,but the control group was increased(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was significant variance between the control group and treatment group.After treatment,both groups of the parameters of the side support phase and swing time improved,but the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.05),and the related gait indexes before and after treatment showed high statistical significance within the two groups(P<0.05).The peak value of plantar pressure between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture combined with rehabilitation can significantly improved the function and ease the pain of the patients with knee osteoarthritis.更多还原
