【摘要】 目的:探讨川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钠对早发型重度子痫患者外周血离子水平、MMP-9及VEGF水平的影响。方法:将52例早发型重度子痫患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各26例。对照组采用硫酸镁常规治疗,治疗组在硫酸镁治疗基础上采用川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钠治疗,7 d为1个疗程,治疗前后测定外周血离子水平、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9、MMP-2)、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体(sFlt-1)水平,同时观察并记录所有产妇妊娠结局和并发症状况。结果:两组治疗后血清中钙水平升高,镁、铁降低,MMP-2升高,MMP-9降低,VEGF升高,sFlt-1降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血清中钙较高,镁、铁水平较低,MMP-2较高,MMP-9较低,VEGF较高,sFlt-1较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钠有助于提高早发型重度子痫患者妊娠结局,改善外周血离子、基质金属蛋白酶,提高血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of Ligustrazine injection combined with SodiumLMWH on serum MMP-9 and VEGF in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia. Methods: The 52 cases with early onset severe preeclampsia were randomely divided into treatment and control groups, 26 cases each. Patients were treated by Magnesium Sulfate in control group and Ligustrazine injection combined with SodiumLMWH based on Magnesium Sulfate in treatment group, with seven days as a course of treatment. The peripheral blood MMP-9, MMP-2, VEGF ions, receptor level, and pregnancy outcome and complications of puerpera were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, levels of serum calcium increased in two groups, and levels of serum magnesium and iron decreased in the two groups;The levels of serum MMP-2 increased and levels of MMP-9 decreased in the two groups; The levels of VEGF increased and levels of sFlt-1 decreased in two groups. There was statistical difference(P<0.05). The treatment group showed higher levels of serum calcium, lower levels of serum magnesium and iron were lower, higher levels of serum MMP-2, lower levels of MMP-9, higher levels of VEGF and lower levels of sFlt-1 than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ligustrazine injection combined with SodiumLMWH was helpful to improve the patients with early onset severe preeclampsia pregnancy outcome, improve peripheral blood ions, matrix metalloproteinases, and improve endothelial function.更多还原
