【摘要】 目的 :研究儿童恶性淋巴瘤组织中PBK/TOPK的表达水平与Ki-67、LDH、预后的关系。方法 :对80例恶性淋巴瘤患儿的石蜡标本进行研究,应用免疫组化检测标本中PBK/TOPK的表达,以分析与Ki-67、LDH关系情况。结果 :在Ki-67高表达组PBK/TOPK阳性率较Ki-67低表达组高,差异有统计学意义;在LDH升高组PBK/TOPK阳性率较LDH正常组高,差异有统计学意义;PBK/TOPK阳性组淋巴瘤患儿5年生存率低于PBK/TOPK阴性组,差异有统计学意义。结论 :儿童恶性淋巴瘤组织中PBK/TOPK的表达与Ki-67、LDH水平一致,其PBK/TOPK的表达上调,与肿瘤预后相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of PBK/TOPK and Ki-67, LDH, prognosis in children with malignant lymphoma. Methods The paraffin-embedded specimens of 80 children with malignant lymphoma were studied. The expression of PBK/TOPK in the specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry to analyze the relationship with Ki-67 and LDH. Results The positive rate of PBK/TOPK in Ki-67 high expression group was higher than that in Ki-67 low expression group, and the difference was statistically significant. The positive rate of PBK/TOPK in the LDH-increased group was higher than that in the normal LDH group, and the difference was statistically significant. The 5-year survival rate of children with PBK/TOPK positive lymphoma was lower than that of PBK/TOPK negative group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The expression of PBK/TOPK in children with malignant lymphoma is consistent with the levels of Ki-67 and LDH, and the expression of PBK/TOPK is up-regulated, which is related to tumor prognosis.更多还原
