Ag-NORs与人肝细胞活性的研究
Ag-NORs and the activity of human liver cells research
【摘要】 目的 :通过正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞增殖活性的核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)测定,定性分析正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞细胞核的大小并统计Ag-NOR的数目。方法 :同一个实验室分别培养正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞,用胰酶分别洗脱贴壁生长的细胞,用核仁银染法制片,显微镜下观察并比较肝细胞与肝癌细胞Ag-NOR数目,肝细胞1~3个,肝癌细胞4~8个,且肝癌细胞较正常肝细胞大、形态不规则。结果 :正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞活性相差较大,正察常肝癌细胞的活性与核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)的关系较密切。结论 :本实验说明AgNOR颗粒数目对肝癌细胞活性具有较高估测价值。
【Abstract】 Objective Study the correlation between the activities of normal liver cells and cancer liver cells, the related Ag-NORS in the nuclear organizer region by means of normal and cancer cells of liver proliferation activity determination of nucleolus organizer regions of silver autophagy protein determination. Methods In same lab cultured normal cells and cancer cells of liver, use trypsin to eluting cells, then put the nucleolus which is silver producer under the microscope to count the number of liver cells is 1-3 Ag-NOR particles and the number of the cancer liver is 4-8 Ag-NOR particles, the Ag-NOR particles in cancer liver cells are bigger than normal liver cells. Results There is a big difference between the activities normal cells and cancer cells of liver. Conclusion Our experiment demonstrates that the number of Ag-NOR particles with high estimation value of liver normal cell and liver cancer cell activity.
